This faster paced massage concentrates on problem areas, increasing mobility and reducing muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage                              $45 (1/2 hour) / $80 (1 hour)

Your therapist releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia.  Excellent for specific conditions like lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, bursitis and muscle sprains. 

Hot Stone Massage                                  $50 (1/2 hour) / $85 (1 hour)

Using hot stones induces healing both spiritually and physically.  The heat and energy from the stones allows the Therapist to work muscles deeply for a truly relaxing and healing experience.

Sports Massage                                       $45 (1/2 hour) / $80 (1 hour)

This personalized massage focuses on specific areas to help reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, and provides a warm up to activity.  It incorporates hot mud, which helps to relax muscles while aiding the body in eliminating metabolic waste.

Couple’s Massage                                   $170 (1 hour)

Treat each other to a romantic, candle lit massage for two.  Enjoy a full body therapeutic Swedish massage with a friend or companion while catching up. 

Reflexology                                              $35 (1/2 hour)

This intense foot massage is effective therapy for stress, tension and tiredness while also restoring energy.

Muscle Relaxation Package                   $115

Get it all. One hour of deep tissue or therapeutic massage, plus 15 minutes of stretching, and hour in the oxygen steam sauna. 

Aromatherapy                                         $60 (1/2 hour) / $90 (1 hour)

A massage with natural oils organically intensifies relaxation.
